sessions
Milestone sessions are a fun and simple way to capture the sweet, in-between stages of your child’s early years—especially those big moments like sitting, crawling, and standing. These sessions are most commonly done between 6–9 months, when babies are sitting up unassisted but not quite on the move just yet. It’s such a sweet and expressive stage to remember.
Sessions take place in my studio, where I provide everything needed—from props to outfits and simple, timeless setups. The focus is always on your baby’s personality, little details, and how much they’ve grown. We’ll keep things relaxed and playful, so your little one feels comfortable and happy throughout.
While milestone sessions are most popular for babies, I’m also happy to photograph older children for birthday portraits or just because—any age is worth celebrating!
If you’d like to include a special item like a favorite toy, a blanket, or a meaningful outfit, you’re welcome to bring it along.
FAQ
What age is best for a milestone session?
Milestone sessions are usually done between 6–9 months, when babies can sit up on their own but aren’t quite crawling yet. This stage is perfect for capturing big smiles, chubby cheeks, and lots of personality! However, I also welcome older children for milestone portraits—there’s no age limit on making memories.

Do you provide outfits and props?

Yes! I have a variety of outfits and props available in the studio. Everything is styled with a clean, timeless look in mind.

Can parents or siblings be in the photos?

Milestone sessions are focused on the child, but I’m happy to include a few quick family or sibling shots if time allows. If you’re looking for a full family session, let me know and we can schedule something a little more dedicated.

How long does the session last?

These sessions are typically 30–45 minutes, which is the perfect amount of time for little ones before they get tired or overwhelmed. I work at your child’s pace to keep the experience fun and stress-free.
